Nickell’s Bag

Some of y’all may know that I’ve been involved for years in an independent media project, completely unrelated to the Missoulian, called J&B on the Rox. For about fifteen years it has been an edited TV show; we’ve done 95 half-hour episodes to date, which have at times been featured on MCAT, BCAT, MTV, and FreeSpeech TV (not to mention on the Rox.com Web site, where plenty of episodes can be viewed). But now that both I and my partner, EditorB, live halfway across the country from one another and have young kids, it’s much harder to find time to plan, execute, and edit together coherent shows. So we decided to go back to the basics. Herewith is our first podcast, an unedited phone conversation which we’re calling J&B’s Nightcap. Please note that the heady subjects addressed in this wandering program include cocktail mixology, infant projectile vomiting, and other topics that may not be interesting or tasteful to anybody else but ourselves. Listener discretion is thus advised.
